At The BlueShot, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your pre-ordered merchandise. Because our drops are manufactured and shipped based on custom pre-order quantities, please review our policies below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
You can cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once 24 hours have passed, we submit the pre-order tallies to the manufacturer, and order cancellations can no longer be processed.
To request a cancellation, please email us at blueshotconnectx@gmail.com with your Name, Payment ID, and order details.
Because all shirts are custom printed based on your selected size, we only accept returns or replacements under the following circumstances:
To apply for a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs showing the damage or mismatch.
Once your return or cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund. Refunds are credited directly back to the original source account (UPI, Bank Account, or Credit/Debit Card) used during the checkout.
Timeline: Refunds normally take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
